the title says it all I guess. Towers of Midnight was confusing to me. When Moiraine and the boys leave the Tower of Ghengi is Perrin already at the meeting place with Rand?

Yes. Perrin/Egwene/Rand are already there, while Mat is in the ToG. Perrin considers telling Rand where they are but thinks better on it in case they all die
. Then in the Epilogue, Rand is sleeping and he has no thought about Moiraine, so she obviously hasn't arrived yet. So Mat/Thom/Moiraine are definitely going to sleep in the forest and then Grady is supposed to show up the following day to pick them up. So Moiraine has a bit of time to convince Mat that Olver can deal with Caemlyn by himself 
. So for all of the main characters, the meeting is "tomorrow." If Mat isn't there I'm going to punch something.
