we've had it all wrong all this time. Moiraine will wear Thom's cloak to the Big Meeting. Rand will just make everyone else wear gleeman's cloaks so she doesn't feel embarassed.

I'm always surprised when Moiraine shows her elbows. For some reason I always think her too prude for that.

Cute, yes, but also very sharp, I'm sure. Or maybe they are delicately rounded but still feel very sharp and painful should they chose to attack.

Moiraine has elbows?! For some reason it never ocurred to me! I can imagine her having knees, though. Why is that?

You're probably right, she was prudish about them in the beginning. But I think years of getting sent to the kitchens to scrub pots or do laundry or weed the gardens and other such messy labor given to pranksters like Moiraine would get her used to having to roll up her sleeves.

It never occurred to me that she had knees or elbows. Even though her elbows were probably mentioned in tGH when she had to wear her shawl. (Speaking of which, I bet it was dusty)

In eotw she rolled up her sleeves to heal Tam.

During eotw the first read I didn't know her well enough to feel shock and awe at that. She doesn't fold her arms enough for me to think of elbows, or jut them out in bed like Nana.

Moiraine also has, well, she has toes. and nostrils. O-o
