As the title, both TGS and Rand have reached the final of the two contests they are in.

Brandon has even written a match up for Rand where he explains why Rand should win, and George Martin has done the same for Jaime Lannister, Rand's rival.

What is "TOWERS OF MIDNIGHT"? Is this something coming up later in the WoT books? Or is this something previously mentioned I have just forgotten about?

And...I voted for Jamie. I just like blonds and unlike Rand he can actually be faithful to one woman. So what if it's his sister!

I really don't He kills off all the nice characters after sexually abusing them tons. Well, maybe not all, but the books are ugly..kinda like a nasty traffic accident. You hafto be evil like Marie to enjoy it. *teases teases*

And I didn't vote for either...I couldn't decide and I don't remember much about Jaime Lanniste anyway.

I've heard he does that because he thinks people are going to write fanfic otherwise, and he hates the thought of that!

That explains the deaths....but what about the sexual abuse? I guess he might have thought to hardened his characters should anyone attempt fanfics anyhow.
