So during my currently slowed down reread I noticed Moiraine mention to Siuan that she has meet the Daughter-Heir--I'm pretty sure Leane was still in the room at this point, or Mo just gets kicks being overly formal--which answers a question I always had: Does Elayne know Momo is her auntie!? (I tend to assume Elayne is stupid)

Well yes. It would seem they have at least one dealing outside the main series. Strangely, this makes me happy. I do not know why. At some point over the last year I have gone from over Elayne forcing Thom into her family to at the idea of her being all fammy-fam with Moiraine/Thom.

Maybe Moiraine will like Elayne enough not to take Andor when her kingdom slowly absorbs all the countries around her after she becomes Queen. I am only half-joking.

I kind of imagine young Moiraine and baby Elayne just staring at each other in slight confusion as being their first meeting.

And then baby Elayne breaks out into a slobbery smile and lumbers over for a hug. Panic envelops Moiraine.

Moiraine for Queen! I hope Elayne supports that measure. She has enough just with Andor.

Moiraine tries to hold her skirts surreptitiously away, but a jam covered baby hand makes it's mark. And Morgase is in the background going, "Oh, (Sister? sister? Moiraine Sedai?) you should have twelve of your own just like my little one."

And you are right about that, especially since it will put two Tower trained on the throne... with Moiraine most likely a hero in her country now. Tear needs reworking.

Morgase is the same age as Moiraine (dirty old man you are, Thom!) so during her incredibly brief stint at the Tower she probably met Moiraine, seeing as how they are so few novices in the first place.

Moiraine travels in very small social circles.

I'd like Elayne to crack Moiraine's ice shell and make her act at least a little familiar.

It would probably take a little bit of work to make that happen. Moiraine was the baby, and I can't imagine the younger her going around picking up Innloine's kids and cooing at them. Or maybe she did... secretly! Wait, I can't picture it. :/

But Elayne is not totally different from Moiraine. Maybe this is what would make her crack.

I was going to mention her maybe having met Thom before, if she knew Morgase from the Tower and visited her early on.

I think both Elayne and Moiraine need some relaxing. I'd like them to be able to sit and have tea and just laugh.

This relates to Elayne! I think Birgitte and Moiraine might get along. And I think I might have spelled her name right.

Elayne and Moiraine can sit and relax while Thom and Birgitte hang out. Or they can all hang out. Maybe after the LB or during a break when they need to either chill for a minute or go nuts.

Cats! Cats are so much better than stupid dogs! Besides, there are already cats all over the palace.

Yes, cats. I like this too, these spawn of El/R, M/T growing up together. With Birgitte in there being Birgitte.
