I got my refund.. well, they emailed me a paypal refund and I have to set up an account there to get it. I dunno how to do it.. you have to copy and paste the link in the specific email but it seems to take you to a generic setting up thing. Has anybody done it that way before?

Nope. Although I do have a Paypal account so any refunds just go to there. And then I found out I can't actually have the money transfered unless it was at least $10. pfft

 

I think Jan is confused. I knew I should have said "southern united states" but I was lazy and said South.

Oh, we should not be so americanized. Yeh, we just say the South as the official nickname for southern us.

Well, I wasn't so much being americanized as realizing Kate would know what I was talking about, and was too lazy to remember Jan likes to butt in!

 

As far as making any sort of connection between the Land of Madmen and South Africa...yeah, never done that before.

Australia is special - not unnoticed. It gets it's own mental placement in the world and doesn't have to be defined by South Africa.
