Wow... you've all been meandering so wildly in this thread that I can't decide where to split it!!!

 

Ideally, I'd like to see the White and Black Towers combine after TG. I agree with what Laura said about the whole male-must-be-righter-and-stronger bit. Kate, while you do have a point, I also do think that RJ seems to show some very typical male biases in his writing. Therefore, it might be fun to see what happens if both are brought under the same banner (the Grey Tower?!).

Probably. They are always talking about how there are many levels of the Tower that are unused (and have been for centuries), especially in NS.

It seems like there would be room, but there are going to be so many more initiates now with the looser guildlines for joining in place. There are already tons with the rebels and the news of it is really just beginning.

*leaving spoilers all over the place* I do kinda think that RJ was setting something up with Elaida having a palace for herself built. If they're built next to each other they could make little connecting bridges between the Green section and the BT tiki room.

Anyway, the other day while thinking of Moiraine/Elayne's future offspring, I wondered what Ajah they would pick and it hit me: Will Ajahs in their current form survive the LB?

 

 

Afterall, with the cleansing of the taint, the Red Ajah is pointless, and the Greens would have fulfilled their duty once Tarmon Gai'don is done with.

I think there will be, it may just be that the "cause" some ajahs have may have to be altered

They may go back to ajahs, instead of lifelong Ajahs in the future.
