Thom and Moiraine

Recommended Posts

Is Asmo really dead though? I don't want him to be dead =[

Yeah, don't expect to see him again soon :D And don't expect a clear answer on who killed him. Maybe he'll show up at the Last Battle. Until then, we'll have to be content with our own Asmodean here on the fora :teach:

Thom will only live so much longer. It is enough to give Moiraine babies, due to his being frisky. Then, she will be free after a mourning period to have more PF. She is a secret romantic, so I suspect there will be some mourning in order.

Hmm... Do Aes Sedai go through menopause?

And as for the boiling of mine posterior in a pot I suggest barbequeing instead. I also think my legs would go quite well with some light brown sauce and honey glazed rootfruit.

What about the ones who don't reach that age because of natural reasons, that is they are not powerful enough to live to be two hundred years? Or is that unheard of?

Is it malleable or is menopause set in stone at 200 years for an Aes Sedai? :teach:

Um, so you mean plain female channelers? If they are powerful enough to actually do anything with the Power, then they would reach it later than Aes Sedai. If they are like Morgase, later than the average woman.

Thats another question really but one I am more interested in then the already answered menopause one: Do all Aes Sedai have it in them to live to be two hundred or more? Pure speculation is welcomed and appreciated. :teach:

Yes, I will just be having veggies though. You carnivores can bite bbq Tosh.

I think 300 is around Cadsuane's age. That's getting up there. Everyone thought she was already dead. Or is she even older than that? Marie knows this.

Their menopause is slowed down, like their aging. Later Books spoiler -

They may not go through it at all when they are bound by the Oaths, since their lifespans are artificial that way but I think they do. If they do, it wouldn't be until later on. Without the Oaths they could live way longer but I believe they age normally. Maybe around 400 is when they would start going through the change I suspect.

400 is around like, 55. They are just like normal woman only...elongated.

Yeah, 300 is the death knell. Cad is not yet 300. Aes Sedai don't decompose like regular old people, they just go to bye-bye land. Gitara was said to be older than that, and everyone was all :teach:

I suppose I should have said 300 was the average "you are dead!" age. Aes Sedai regularly reach 200 (Romanda, Lelaine(sp?), etc).
