You could go to blogger.com and sign up for an account and start your own web log. It's free and a lot of people I know use that, though there are plenty of others: Livejournal.com, myspace.com.

That's going to be more work. You can go to geocities.com, angelfire.com, tripod.com ...there are lots of places to get a free website. But you'll have to spend more time making it into a journal than livejournal.com or greatestjournal.com
