So, Moridin's hand felt odd. Rand and Moridin are intimately connected and both need to die? And then Nynaeve will put Rand's soul in Moridin's body and he can live again.

 

Yup! This could also explain why Moridin isn't keen on the Forsaken (not that they're capable) killing Rand - could epically backfire on him, because they're connected.

 

True, actually, surprising that Graendal would have such a good grasp on what Rand would look like...especially from behind.

Maybe that is a part of why Rand is still going mad. Moridin/Ishy's addiction to the Dark One's power is effecting him as well? That third voice that LTT mentioned could be Moridin.
