Yes, I was thinking that maybe everything will be totally shifted with the 2nd breaking...as it was with the first...and as WoT is becoming more and more like our world (what with technology advancing)...so maybe the old form of governments will be gone and in its place a modern, spiffy democratic government.
Or maybe I'm off my head.
