I always imagined most of the characters were white, except tuon, but thats because its never made clear except on one or two occasions that certain people are black

I think moiraine would be the best candidate for the throne but not necessarily the most likely.

I think Caroline or another Carhienin noble will end up ruling, Galads far too busy with the whitecloaks and Elayne or Gawyn wouldn't last a day on the throne, they just aren't ruthless enough.

Thats happened to me a few times with bracelets and necklaces, usually its simply because they're poor quality though, not because of an allergy so i wouldn't worry cally
