The problem with GoT was also that their names were all so damn similar 😂. I was really confused when I first read the books.

It would really annoy me if they made new characters up. There are literally thousands, new ones would be so stupid.
Im okay with them combining characters, I feel like that’s bound to happen given there are so many.

I think they’re releasing news once a month now, so Thom will probably wait until October.

Yes, I'm watching Carnival row which is an Amazon series, and it's giving me hope that this won't be a complete catastrophe.
I've also just realised that I'll be forced to face up to just how wrongly I've been pronouncing these names in my head for years.

There will be ways to watch it without having to wait for Netflix I'm sure. There's apps you can use to stream all sorts of shows and movies.
I know. I don't know what they're going to do with Harlots now. I was so sad. But, no I'm avoiding the Handmaid's Tale. I feel like I need to be in a certain mindframe to watch it, or I end up just hating humanity 😂

Yeah, Rafe Judkins said he was taking inspiration from how they portrayed magic in Dr Strange as to how it appears in WoT. But even now that I've watched Dr Strange I still have no idea what they'll end up with.
I think it'll be 2 books per season, at least for the first season. Books 7-10 could probably be condenced into one season as well.
