For Rand I was thinking Chace Crawford, I think he can act but also he looks perfect for the part

 

Someone I know suggested Jonathon Rhys Meyers as Galad simply because he is so effeminate, so I thought Id post him up here and get some feedback.

 

My last Idea was Claire Forlani for Siuan. Not only is she a great actress, but she fits the part physically as well.
