    Its fantasy! It doesn't have to be bloody realistic. If he can write that the second greatest power in the world is trapped everywhere and nowhere at once by seven dinnerplates that is spread haphazardly around the world why can't he use the word inn instead of hotel? Inn sounds a lot better to me I have to say. Sounds so cozy :P

    Hahahaha. Well thats an option but I'd rather not have him come near moiraine at all.

    Somebody could put a note on Thoms back saying "I'm a darkfriend but none of these stupid morons will ever figure that out, mwahahaha" And then somebody could just stab him or something.

    Nah I don't think they are crazy. I just think they lack ingenuity (if I spelled that right) and might just have their minds a tiny bit fogged by walking around in a desert for 2000 years.

    But really, what other choice did they have if they wanted to kill Laman? Its not like they could just stroll through the entire wetlands and then just knock on the door and say "Hey, we're the aiel. We would like to kill your king please". MAYBE they could have used some sort of assassin but if they don't even use spies whats the odds of them thinking assassins are ok?

    Well as a former pagan...It's the upright pentagram that was the sign of protection and was used by early Christians as well. Flipping it is wrong, and thus it is...well, evil to some. By putting it upside down you are saying that the material world is above the spiritual (the topmost point represents spirit).

    Wars in the name of religion as you say are no different from other wars. They are all fueled by greed. There is always someone who can find a way to justify a war and religion is a very easy way to do so and aslong as somebody gets money in their pocket nobody will complain. So basically wars of religion is no different from other wars, they only point out what we already know. Religion is tainted.

    Something that confuses me is suicide bombers. I'm right when I say that nowhere in the koran is it said that you become a martyr and come to heaven if you do this yes? It is scary what humans can come to believe.

     

    P.S: Thinking of what happened the last time I wrote something I was this tired I'll just apologise in advance to everybody. I think there was something more I was going to say in the post but it keeps eluding me. Curse you foggy mind.

    People have gone to war for the death of men. People have gone to war for the death of tyrants. Then is it really that absurd that people would go to war to avenge a beautifull pure thing like a tree that was murdered by the pride and vain of humans? Men earn death where trees and other creatures do not. And with men I mean humans, I'm sure there are some women out there that deserve death too. Just can't picture it in my head.

    And Tosh, that pentagram was originally a sign of protection with some spirituality, but like many "pagan" symbols it was assumed to be evil by Christians. Sorry I just had to say that, and I didn't mean it to sound bitter, just sharing info.

    I know that mate. ;P

    Just wanted an excuse for using that picture. Think its nicely done and very runic and pretty. :)

    Not really, I mean RJ is pretty old. So a pairing like mo/thom would seem..Well maybe not natural but attractive to him. I hate him for it though. Poor moiraine, how will he ever be able to..Satisfy her? I mean 78 fucking years old. If your 78 years old in this world your probably halfway into a cold fucking grave. Or maybe a cozy grave...Never really been in one. But thats beside the point. The point is, Thom should be dead!

    Well she would definetly be better than bloody Jennifer Garnier but I don't think she could portrait nynaeve as we know her. Pissed off. Shes to calm, and even meek. And not just her personality(what I have seen of her personality on TV atleast), theres something about how she looks that just seems..well...Meek. Or calm if you want a nicer word...Even though they don't really mean the same thing.

    Stop being mean to the beautifull woman who had to sleep with the old man because of RJs twisted imagination! We should feel sorry for her, poor thing. Death was probably a release.
