Here's a song for ya.

All day long it's "wash the spears".

I can sense your doubts and fears.

You might fight or you might run,

But I'm too fast; your time is done.

Savage, you'd best check your tone,

None in the West can match my own.

Train with the sword, I am the best.

Face me now and you'll die, yes?

Please, your veil's on much too tight.

Are there none who can stand my might?

My sword shall close your filthy trap,

From here all the way to Tarwin's Gap!

You people do be bags of air.

The swath I bring do cause a scare.

Pretenders, we've no come to play,

Get in line; your hides I'll flay.

All of you must know you're wrong,

With sword and board you can't last long.

One blade in each hand of mine,

the name of the game is Flo-ren-tine.

Shut your mouth, with all your lies.

You stand before an Aes Sedai.

Don't be whiny, and don't you glower.

You cannot face the great One Power.

Excuse me, Miss, you know me not,

For I can flow what you cannot.

My mind is sharp, my weaves are quick,

But they might make me a little sick.

Y'all talk big, but y'all are small.

I come from the greatest land of all.

This here's damane, don't you forget it.

Swear them Oaths, or you'll regret it.

Now try to figure out what WoT character archetype each stanza refers to.

Here's the answers:

1) Aiel: for obvious reasons

2) Taraboner (swordsman): Not many clues here except for the ending of a sentence with "yes?" Next stanza indicates that the speaker of stanza two wears a veil, which would indicate Aiel or Taraboner, but we all know Aiel do not use swords.

3) Shienaran: this was the original answer due to the Tarwin's Gap reference, but of course all Bordermen know of this place and have likely visited it before in combat, hence Borderman is an acceptable answer.

4) Illianer: If the weird way of speaking didn't grab you, then you need to re-read WoT

5) Arafellin: this was probably the trickiest stanza, because the only clue you have of the speaker's identity is the particular way in which he fights. Most Arafellins spurn the use of a shield and fight with two short swords in either hand, a technique known in our own age as fighting "Florentine".

6) Aes Sedai: kind of gave it away

7) Asha'man: male channeler/wielder of saidinwould have worked as well.

8) Seanchan: quite obvious

Hope y'all enjoyed my poem!
