Acutally, there are quite a few different types of religions in India. Of course I don't know them all...but I know they're not all Hindus.

Some of the best writers came from India. In fact, some of the best writers period came from backwoods places. Besides, if we are getting techy, New York, NY would be the best place since that is where all the major publishers are.

Scholastic turned me down yesterday but I've got another publisher on the anvil - they want to be contacted in the new year.

I did think of Tor. Tor and Orbit publish the WoT series, after all! However, both are mainly British, and they don't look too kindly on unsolicited submissions.

 

But will try nonetheless...

 

Okay, the book's about a girl who finds that she has some strange powers. This guy comes to take her to train her, and her parents hit the roof and stuff! Oh, lot's of things happen... but wait for the movie
