Awkward sentence, yes, perhaps, but the point remains! I have $4 of credit on iTunes and $5 of credit at Amazon's MP3 store. I am pretty tired of what is on my iPod so....recommend music?

I like a lot of the tracks from Coco Rosie, but they are pretty odd.

 

Some People, Together Wherever We Go, and Rose's Turn (if you like extreme drama in songs!) are good from Gypsy.

I know I said no folk, but I actually like the Kelly Family.

 

I'm iffy on musicals. Although I did love Chicago and hope to see it again someday! Although thanks to the movie it'd probably be harder to get tickets, although now that I think of it, Chicago-mania has passed now. Except, Arizona gets so little in culture it'd still be hopped all over. I've listened to a few samples of Wicked and honestly didn't care for it.

 

Also, surprisingly, I like worship music. Not just gospel or hymns song by Catholic boy choirs, but I even have some Christian pop rock on my iPod. I have never admitted this on the internet before.

As long as we are admitting things I love Fosse and Sondheim. Some musicals I do not like (I don't really like Wicked either, and I don't like Les Miz).

 

Also, I just listened to the samples of the new Whitney but it will be downloaded soon!

All the songs on that album are reccomended if you don't have them.

I've also been snowed in on these three songs with Don Henley: Boys of SummerNew York minute and Sunset Grill.

 

And I don't know how much you like metal but Mastodon released a new album. Heres a sample with surprisingly good sound for a youtube video.

Again I don't know your feelings about metal but I can't post in a thread like this without reccommending the swedish (!) band Messhugah.

The audio quality of the songs up on youtube were mostly crap, but

was pretty ok.
