I'm clueless as to the macarena thing as well, other then the fact that it would be absolutely horrible.

 

Basically, I've thought of every combination of Moiraine and somebody potentially better then Thom except for Elayne or Galad. Elyas would have to be all clean and young (and not wearing animal skins) though. I just can't picture it without it amusing me otherwise.

I've always thought that Matt and Moiraine would be good for each other. Even if she out-lives him, she could always find someone else
