I dunno exactly how tall, but he is definitely tall. Probably taller than Mat but not as tall as Rand or Lan. RJ loved himself some tall, blue-eyed men...

 

As for the stoop, I don't think it will go away now that he's a Warder, but it probably won't get worse either, same with his Fade-screwed knee. I don't think Thom's the type to stoop further to compensate for a shorter partner. She'll just have to find herself a portable stool to carry everywhere.

I think he is around six feet! But, he's very leggy. I don't think he'd tower over Moiraine when sitting down, like Lan probably would.

 

Moiraine will have to get great at finding hillocks to stand on around Thom!
