Vague title, yes. But! Do you think the Aes Sendai can indeed craft for our fave Bard a Warder cloak with patches?

Vandene once said that the cloak ter'angreal could only do one thing. Actually she said that "no one ever could make it do something else". Sooo, it could be one of those things that Aes Sedai "have known for centuries".

It's weird that we should think about that as the warder cloak is supposed to be invisible, i.e. blend with the surroundings.

They could probably cut one up into patches and sew onto the other one. Of course any patches would defeat the whole purpose of the cloak....

He could just keep his Gleeman's cloak as a sort of disguise. I mean who would think an old gleeman was any kind of threat?
