I love lots of stuff, pretty things, shiny thing and clever things. That includes programming and writing adult fanfiction. And some time ago I had an idea of merging the programming with fanfiction.

 

Imagine a game where you take the role of an adult movie producer. You pick story, actors and director and they make an adult movie for you. In this case it would not be a movie they produce but a fanfiction.

 

In other words, if you want to read about Moiraine and yourself or anyone getting it on, you'd pick Moiraine and that other person and a story about two people getting it on.

 

Doesn't it sound great?! Imagine the fun or pairing say,.. Marie-duckie and Jan up! *giggle fits and hopes this post won't get edited*

 

To get this thing to work, there are some technical issues to be dealt with. Most of them has to do with how the actors and story integrate with each other. Which is mostly a matter of how fanfiction characters and stories are written. This is why I'm posting here.. I need help by you people to decide what an adult fanfiction character is like and what adult fanfiction stories are like.

 

If you just have a story like this...

 

[actor1] kisses [actor2] on her lips.

would make

Marie kisses Jan on her lips.

 

And replace

This seems complicated, but not if we go step by step. I think to get a better idea of traits, maybe we (read: Laura) should come up with an example story for the script? That way we could see how it would change depending on which characters you choose. *hopes that made sense*

*nods* An example story line would be a good start... Then maybe we can try the story line out with as different characters as possible to see how dynamic the story has to be.

Anyway, a sample story that is fairly generic so that different situations can be inserted... Am I making any sense? We did a conservation game once where we did this sort of thing...

I think what Vertex wants to do is, make a do-it-yourself smut story game! You have characters, situations, etc., and using those the user/player creates his/her own smutliness!

 

"Why?" you ask? Um... I have no idea!

 

What you (i.e., Laura) are required to do is come up with a storyline so he can figure out what variables (is that the right word, Vertex?) are needed!

Also can't we lower the age restriction on the naughti forum? I mean,.. 18 is for Germal Anal sex and evilness. 16 seems to be much more appropriate since it is just text... or maybe 15 even!

I love the idea! I'm a little iffy on making the possible pairings out of real people though.. I guess it would depend if that particular person said it was okay?
