I like how hes gazing off into the horizon with a self asserted quirk to the eyebrows and the lips and a slight narrowing of the eyes thinking 'I shall put the marrow of your bones into my cocktails'.

I love Ishy's goth half in shadow expression. It makes him look like the nutter he is.

OK. I've been working quite hard on drawing and colouring for some time now because it's so fun. I've become a deviant and now I've begun to submit WoT art, starting with a little seasonal creativity.

He has just found a new way to wear his cloak.

Who knew he was so coy with Berelain.

I like Galad, he is calm and poised and master swordsmen are always good in fantasy books.

And he just doesn't have that "stumbling fool that still somehow manages to fight like a pro for some random reason" thing, which makes his character so much more enjoyable to read about.

 

At times the Whitecloaks remind me of the knights templar, and I've always loved things about that order ever since I read a series of books by a swedish author when I was a kid.

But most of the time their just incompetent assholes that serve as useless bags of walking meat that the farmboy legion can kill or humiliate to look cool and feel righteous or whatnot..
