They'll stock up on tea and plan on just one, which will unfortunately turn out to be eight really tiny ones that get born early so Moiraine is nice and healthy before long to accidentally get pregnant again. This is not because of Thom, though. It's encoded in their genes to have a million babies due to their tendency toward being assassinated. It's like turtles. Only one baby Damodred turtle out of a hundred makes it down the gauntlet of The Great Game and out into open water.
