Yes, but I hope veggies are not people. Lan probably has to make sure that Momo sits down and eats something once in a while. She goes and goes like a bunny doing her cause things.

She did bake a pie! But it was so ungood that the Sister didn't eat it. It was Siuan's fish pie that made her have a twisty sick tummy, and she had to be healed!
Momo could probably use the Power to fry things to a crisp, but I bet Lan had to do most of the cooking! What's a simple campfire thing she could have learned to make? Potatoes?

Yes, I loved NS but it was sad that the series kept going on and on. Maybe Mr. Dirty is too sad about the series ending and cannot bring himself to complete it.
It would be excellent if he did more with Mo and Lan. There was a whole twenty years where they ran around looking for Rand. Lan was probably the one getting into trouble.
Maybe if RJ keeps lusting more after Momo there would be some indication of a romantic life of some kind in a prequel (Not with trouble making Lan). -

He does just about everything. Small parish, so he ends up doing most of the Church related work. Also prays a lot, but he grew up on a farm so he kinda has that "God helps those who help themselves" approach to it.
Moiraine had Lan to boss around though, so she wasn't totally out in nowhere.
That's true.. I wonder if she ever learned to cook? Maybe she has learned only how to make campfire stew!

That is sadness! Does he do his own wash and things too? Some priests are very spoiled and don't!Aes Sedai get everything done for them when they're in the Tower. Sometimes I find it odd to think of Momo living outdoors and having to camp so much.

I am agreeing with you today on everything.
Ya, if you ever befriended a priest you would see the same thing! The good ones (bah, I'm not talking about the bad crappy ones... they can go sit on a pin!) are very wise about things but at the same time have never had real world experience when it comes to the real themselves.
I knew a woman who cooked for them and they really depended on her as if she were a mother about a lot of stuff. Of course... they were men too. -
It's a double standard!
Nynaeve is 21 years younger than Lan. Rand/Mat/Perrin would be only 22 years younger than Moiraine, and yet the difference seems much greater as portrayed in the books.
I don't know how old Thom is, but he's possibly in his seventies. That would be a difference of maybe 30 years. If Moiraine ended up with Mat, they would be much closer in age than Thom and Moiraine. That's odd! Even if Thom were younger than that they'd have to be still at least 20+ years different from each other.
