Hmmm, I remember Elayne referring to her "courses". But, she was remarking how the bond had made it so that her courses had shifted to match Birgitte's (IIRC) ... so I would assume Aes Sedai still get monthly periods like other women. You're right, Kaitlin, I don't think RJ thought it all the way through (or maybe figured it just didn't matter).

And the way you include a picture is:
1) right click the image itself and click "copy image location"
2) then in the MW comment box you should see a little gray-and-yellow icon next to the buttons that control font/text color/etc. Click the little gray-and-yellow icon
3) It will pop up a little box asking you to enter the location of the image you want to post. Right click the open bar where you are supposed to type the image location and click "paste", and it will paste the image location that you copied in step 1.
4) click OK and in the MW comment box you should see something that says {IMG}blahblah.com.jpg{/IMG} - then you just click "post" or "post reply", whatever, and the image should show up in the thread.
