Watched The Fifth Element the other night (love that movie), then Unleashed today (totally awesome), then The Phantom of the Opera (tho I didn't pay much attention, I wasn't all there).

Watched Million Dollar Baby the other night - Good movie, didn't expect the ending as it was.

 

Saw Constantine today. Seriously Keanu, you aren't the Messiah so quit trying to play one on screen constantly. However I was happy to see Rachel Weiz. And the movie overall wasn't bad. A tad bit contrite, but not bad.

That's how I felt seeing it too. Keanu actually seemed to act in two or three parts though, which surpasses his average. I saw an interview with Weisz on some talk show recently. They were asking if Keanu was a really dark and mysterious guy that smoked a lot of pot in his trailer since he chooses all of these weird roles.

 

I can't help but like him, however. I know he's going to be bad in each movie I see, but I still watch them anyway.

 

Constantine reminded me of a comic book the way it was filmed. It is a graphic novel or a comic or something? It was in very much the same style, with scenes shot very close to the actors with tons of background information to absorb.

Saw 'Bridget Jones Diary' on TV. I liked it, though I preferred the book. Though Renee Zellweger did a great job... she looked so... normal! And I did like Colin Firth in it!
