A chat... and a cup of tea?

So, this is the thread to set up a time for a forum chat. Since we're from different time zones, I suggest using GMT (unless someone has a better idea).

 

So speak up, people, when are you free for a chat?

I chat all the time already And once I wasn't alone either! Marie was there and she threatened that everything I type in there will show up in her logs but it was fun anyhow...someone talking back really makes a difference. It makes that cold lump of loneliness melt a little

On Saturday, I might be available from around midday GMT, but that's like the crack of dawn for a lot of you others, I think. :-/

 

And I should be around later too. It'll all depend on whether I have to work on Saturday *yaaaaawn*... but most likely not. I can confirm by tomorrow evening.

So yeah, I was chatting with Jan, Marie, Cerendrallion, and Me Many wise things were said and truths came out. Maybe mostly lies, but still.

 

I was thrilled to hear that Jan finally got a new parrot after she accidentally killed the 90 year old one she inherited from her great granny...it was a messy death but I guess cooking over fire has other advantages. And I never knew parrot tasted like chicken either but I guess it makes sense.

 

Marie went on and on about the latest HP movie and how she couldn't stop crying. Fortunately, she is to be committed on Monday for grief therapy...well, it had some technical term but I don't remember it. It's with the padded cells and ECT, you know.

 

Laura told us all about punting and her brave attempts even though she's sunk quite a few punts this summer alone. They really should put up cautions with weight restrictions and maybe a more restrictive diet would help too.

 

And of course, everyone were very interesting to find out what it was really like to win the first ever Nobel Prize in getting Nobel Prizes, and at such a young age too.

I'm assuming Marie was sitting next to me in the theatre because that girl cried for 20 minutes non stop.

 

 

I also want to add... holy crap, I thought I had calmed down about Alan Rickman. I was sane for several years there. But... ugh. Damn him.
