Wow, it's hard to narrow down a favorite crackship, as WoT's thousands of characters allow for infinite shipping of varying degrees of crack. I'm also probably not the best person to talk about this, as I consider Nyn/Elayne, Elaida/Mo/Siuan, or even Nyn/Moghedien to be perfectly plausible ships and not crack at all.

Hm, I'll go with Siuan/Egwene as a favorite.
