It's in the appendix of comic #5. He looks like he's 70 years old. The mailman gave it to me this morning, although I nearly ripped it out of his hands in desperation.

Actually it is quite intresting as to how the authors come up with names for their chars,... right, Jan ??

He wasn't a "good" noble, and in Cairhien getting married a lot would probably be more trouble than it's worth, with the Game of Houses. By good I mean he was a scholar, and didn't marry for money or land; he married for love (at least with Mo's mother).

 

So, I've always wondered if the first wife died (naturally or not) or if they dissolved their marriage.
