Moiraine's Father's Name...

Recommended Posts

What kind of dish does he sound like? Is it nutty?

A dish made out of pulses, called "dal"! You have it with rice or "roti" which is flat bread... and don't ask me about food - I live on toast and instant noodles (not at the same time, of course!).

*pokes Jan* You shouldn't have eaten Moiraine's mother before the comic came out

*looks defiant* Well, it's cold and I get hungry when I'm cold!

She looks just like him...only smaller and female and that stuff.

Dalresin must have been a pretty lad! :-P

Why is it that the Damodreds are so darn pretty?

Reading that bit about Mo's dad from the book was very sad, but seeing a drawing of him makes it sadder.

That sounds pretty interesting. :P Instant noodles are the best. The kind with cheap little flavor packets are especially good. They twirl really nicely around chopsticks. It's like cheap rice noodles!

I wonder if ol' Dal's name means anything in myth, or in another language?
