Well, the other Finns punish anyone that asks a question that could in some way relate to the Shadow... so it occured to me that the rules might be off and Moiraine wouldn't be safe from them if she showed up with one, channeling. She's bringing a dark thing right into their world, not just mentioning one.

 

I don't think it's possible to channel when blind because channelers are taught to see the weaves to manipulate them, but if a person learned all over again a different way of doing things.. maybe it could be possible after that? I don't want anything like that to happen though. It would take up too much time in the book and there wouldn't be nearly as much tush-kicking.

I don't think moiraine is in much danger either, although I suppose it is a possibility, after all they almost killed Mat and he hadn't done...much wrong:P

You can channel blind; the flows have a feel to them. But I think that really only works if you started out that way, not trying to learn to feel after learning to use them while seeing.

 

Maybe the Finn are fattening her up for leather.

Well, they do wear human skin. Maybe they're satisfied with Lanfear's, being the most beautiful skin and whatnot. Bleh!

*had that horrible thought too!* Lanfear meat. And no spices to hide the taste! Yuck! Maybe Momo will be the first vegan of Randland when she gets back.

Their world is so different... hopefully the food isn't indigestable.
