I would imagine the one using the alias of "Moiraine" would be the impostor.

 

That's just a screen name. She doesn't pretend to be the actual book character, and to have the answers to everything about Moiraine's motivations, feelings, and past experiences. Even if you spent your life poring over the WoT books to psychoanalyze Moiraine, you still wouldn't have all the answers. The only person who knew enough about Moiraine to speak in her name was RJ, and he's gone now.
