I'm not loving the idea either. It makes all WoT seem like something commercial or produced rather than the remarkable work of art it is. I can almost say that with a straight face.

 

It occurs to me now, that Aes Sedai and Warders are like Dragons and Riders in lots of other fantasy. But with added sex...and tea drinking.

 

Also Tosh is nothing like Vertex. Except for a T.

I had missed these parts in Brandon Sanderson's first post on his blog this year:

 

What am I looking toward this year? Well, the release of A Memory of Light (or a part of it, if that is what Tor decides to do.)
