Its always fun to try and sit up in bed the morning after you've trained your stomach. Especially when, sleep-addled as you are, you don't remember you're sore as shit. It took me a few minutes to realize it was sonic booms from the space shuttle passing overhead on its way to landing. @ Tosh: Yeah, I know that feeling.
