Can Channelers Remove Splinters From Themselves?

I know you cannot Heal yourself, but it seems you should be able to use a weave of Air to remove something. Whether or not that kills you is a different story.

Well, channelers use Water to pull water from their hair to dry it, so I imagine they can pull a splinter out or pop a blister or some such with Air. They probably just have to be a little more careful with weaves that touch your body directly (as you noted). Weaves like some types of Illusion-disguises also probably touch the body in some places.

 

...Naughty thought of the day (that has probably already occurred to others on this forum): I wonder if you can channel something into your body? If Siuan Sanche could make an Air sword in TGH, could pillow friends make Air dildos?

I think you can, I mean, I see no reason why you couldn't.

With Healing, the problem is that you need energy, both from the healer and the *patient*, but it's probably safe to say that the Air-made dildos make a special category.

I think that weave that Siuan made the dagger with can be used to make any shape. I just hope Siuan's air dildos aren't in the shape of fish.
