I think poor peoples' work can be very boring, and you could be both poor and bored because you have no work.

Rich people have the same problem, except they are expected to play chess-like games. And stand around getting fitted for gowns. At least the seamstresses, who are poorer by comparison, can have fun poking them with pins.

Well, poor people have the same probably except they have to feed themselves, which takes tons of more times than playing chess-like games and standing around to be fitted for gowns. And if you are rich you can also be eccentric and don't do the things you are supposed to and still not have to work for food and housing.

If you are poor and in wotland you are probably hungry a lot! That is not boring, and it probably feels exciting to eat, or at least not a dull thing to do.

 

Getting to be called eccentric instead of nutto is a perk of being rich and noble, but that has very little to do with boredom - because I say so! Admit your wrongosity and I will give you a cookie! Because you are not a poor wotland farmer it will be boring though.

I think being bored all depends on the person, different people enjoy different things. Some people would enjoy the life of a noble woman, whereas others would go stir crazy.

 

Personally I think it would be fun to sit on the sidelines playing chess like games. But I'm evil like that

Clearly the whole lot of you are uneducated on the drudgery and hardship involved in being a part of the elite class: You have no time to be bored. You may mock the balls and horses but who do you think gives you your culture? Not the shepherds! Rand al'Thor was a shepherd, need I say more?
