How will people recact to returned Moiraine?

I can't imagine Nynaeve being pleased, no matter how much she may miss Moiraine.

 

I can imagine everyone else being in a state of shock. Can't wait to see Caddy's reaction.

Well! Yes, Nynaeve; I can't say she'll be "pleased". First she semi-wished for Moiraine's death, Moiraine "dies" and her first thought is "Yay! Lan's free! " so then she felt guilty. And now she is kind of missing Moiraine so yeah, the only word I can think of to describe their reunion would be "awkward".

 

Lan...actually I can see him being a bit angry and bitter. I mean, she kind of sent him through the whole Warder-Death-Spiral thing.

 

I'm not sure why I put Elayne in there. I guess I just really really really want her and Moiraine to act like family.

I think Nynaeve would be really annoyed if Moiraine and Lanfear came back as BFFs.

I haven't thought about how other people than Siuan would react. I bet she'll be thrilled though, and they'll build a little pillow fortress with a "no boys allowed" sign, somewhat regretting giving up the pillow-friendliness.

 

Gareth and Thom can play stones or something meanwhile.

I really want to see how Siuan and Moiraine react to each other. As much as Rand annoys me I am really looking forward to their meeting up again.

 

And I want Elayne and Moiraine to have a moment too.

 

I can see Nynaeve being irritated in a way, since the woman just can't stay dead and let Nyn properly feel bad about it.

The Wise Ones who dreamed of her going through the doorway in the first place-that would be a most interesting encounter! I wonder if they have had any dreams about Moiraine post-Lanfear. There seems to be hints that Amys might have known Moiraine was not dead.
