Technically I have. Although I didn't read it in a linear fashion at all. I skipped over the chapters regarding characters I wanted to explode initially, and read the Moiraine bits early.

All homework, books on the 'to-read' list, chores, errands, and life itself is now secondary to finishing the book, which I bought once I was done with work today.

Maybe we lose.
Or maybe there is a new semi-breaking, that dissolves political ties and in a couple centuries people reform nation-states from there, or maybe we just have a big prolonged war among not monsters.
I'm kinda hoping for a surprise ending, although I'm not sure I want it to end on a total downer.
