We don't see Luc again (I think) but Isam shows up once later on as an assassin working for one of the Forsaken (I think it was one of the males, maybe Ishy or Demandred). According to Wikipedia, he is also tracking Fain and was responsible for the death of that Gray Man in the Tower in TGH that Sheriam covered up.

Actually we do see Luc. When he steps into the real world to kill who he thinks is Min and Rand he becomes Luc as a show of dark irony, Rands Uncle killing him.

Which forsaken you choose would really depend on how you want to be seen, for example pure evil = semi, a raving lunatic = ishy, an idiot who can't stay alive longer than 5 mins = aginor and Balthamel and so on
