Thankfully Moiraine isn't attracted to Rand. The only reason Moiraine would ever sleep with Rand would be for some kind of last battle advantage (there's some reference to support this, but I can't remember, though I'm sure Kate or Marie will be able to fill it in...). And not out of any physical attraction. Or else I would simply have to loose any kind of respect for her.

Not really. Given the amount of women he is around he really doesn't hum that often. It just seems like it since he hums around Min, and Min is always around.

Yes, I think what Ekho said is the only mention of that from Moiraine.

 

 

Rand also called her "little sister" in the Waste. Isn't that what Forsaken call the Aes Sedai? There's another voice in there too. Some people think it's Moridin but I don't have any evidence or proof.. I'm not sure I believe it. But it would be frightening if they were tied together so closely and it's actually Moridin that will have some attraction for Moiraine and not Rand so much.

Moiraine was a memory for hardening his soul, not for humming at.

 

 

So it does seem like Lews. Or maybe Lews hums because Rand's attracted and won't admit it?

I think the women Lews finds pretty Rand does too. It's just that humming and that ear thing are an annoying habits of Lews'.
