There aren't tons of well done ones of Moiraine. I'm not that familiar with digital art, but this looks pretty. The bangs have to go though. How could you see her kesiera with bangs? *nitpicks* (Ah, now I see, the main model just has bangs like that to begin with) I like her dress a lot, and the graceful way she's standing and... Weaving probably?
