One thing: I didn't draw this freehand. I made a high elf character in TES IV: Oblivion named Galadedrid. Using a lot of mods he posed for this. The colouring is my own. My first sort of successful cell shading. Don't hit me for not drawing the lower half. He was actually wearing clothes there I think this Galad is a lot better than the one before.

He's the Lord Captain Commander. Bryne, of which I believe you are speaking from that description, is just general and former Captain General. The titles are important

Because Lord Captain is the rank of those directly beneath the the Lord Captain Commander - hence, he is the Commander of the Lords Captain (yes, it is pluralized as Lords Captain, though I can't point to the specific chapter where it says so).
