On that note, the cover-art for New Spring is horrible. It makes me cringe every time I see it.

Her mom just got lonely once in a while. It happens to everyone! *defends pointless but very nice character* She was at least with Taringail, Thom, Bryne, and Gaebril, and that horrible WC guy. The last two shouldn't count, since she didn't have a choice. Oh, and Young!Tallanvor at some point in the future or already. Plus any WT Pillowfriends, though it doesn't seem like Morgase is into those that much. Her daughter seems more pillowfriendly or whatever the equivalent is with Aiel.

 

She didn't really want Taringail either, so that means she has only loved half of the men. Depressing This also means that she exiles all of her real lovers when she no longer likes them Good for Tallanvor that she can't do that any more.

 

I was wondering what became of Cormanes a while ago.

That's right about Taringail. Wow, that's depressing. I feel a little less bad about Elayne getting slapped, though it wasn't right to do. *takes it back... never felt bad for Elayne* Mor either banishes them or tries to chop off their heads. She has issues.

 

Cormanes just wasn't man enough compared to those White Tower Novices.

I know vaguely who this Cormanes guy is from conversations on this forum but I'm pretty sure I haven't read about him in the books, atleast in such detail.

 

Is he mentioned in New Spring? New Spring was actually the first WoT book I read so my memories of it have had time to become particularly fuzzy.

Besides, it seems the most obvious book to contain such explicit details about Moiraines personal life.

Cormanes was mentioned a little in chapter 25 of NS. He was the last one Momo kissed before the WT. I suspect there were other Cairhien beautiful boys.
