She couldn't tell if Lan was dying or trying to get up right before she went through the doorway. If Rand can tell Alanna stubbed her toe, I find it a bit hard to believe Moiraine can't tell the difference between "ugh I'm sore" and "I'M DYING". But that's just me.

So Moiraine is interviewing mothers blah blah blah and she thinks that commoners would be more forgiving of strange behavior of nobles because they except that of lords and ladies. I found it a bit funny that she would be aware that the little people assume blue bloods like herself are weird. Probably Siuan said something, but still!

Not that I'm counting down or anything...suffice it to say I am real excited about Moiraine coming back. Yay. But for some reason I decided to visit Dragonmount and it seems like everyone there is convinced she will come back stilled/burnt out and that would make me sad panda.
The hope that she severed the bond with Lan on purpose before jumping Lanfear might be a small hope but it is all I have!

As I said in another thread, I'm rereading New Spring and right before the testing Moiraine is all paranoid she's going to fail and calms herself by thinking that even if she doesn't become Aes Sedai she can still search for the boychild. A non-Aes Sedai finding the Dragon--and a woman kicked out at that--would not go down very well. It is very clear why Momo didn't pick the White Ajah.

I had a dream that I was reading ToM but it also had some comic style art in it as well. Very horribly drawn. Like a ten year olds first attempt at manga bad.
Anyway, Moiraine and Thom were making out by a lake and Mat and Noal were watching. Probably because for some reason Moiraine was naked. Even in my dream I was like "how did that happen" so I back read and that's how they found her in the tower. But mostly I was distracted by Thom's nose. It looked like those horrible caricatures the Nazi's did of the "Jewish" nose.

As always I have issues with young Moiraine. She's irritating and adorable at the same time, like some half-retarded kitten.

I hated Dena. I even made a Sim of her and killed her in a fire.
And then I felt bad and had Avi bring her back to life and she later had a baby by Rand.
Point being, I hated Thom with that young thang.

It is dead. I put a glass over it and he went down the garbage drain.
