So I haven't managed to get far into reading the rest of the book, partly because I'm so excited about Moiraine parts and want to reread like NOW and partly because I'm a little tipsy from celebrating her return.
Anyway.
I can't believe she was the one to propose!

I was about to say "Maybe she just means you're so pretty that...." Until I realized that was just as bad.

Personally I think she has just known other examples of such relationships. Mind you I think the vast majority of Aes Sedai had a pillow friend in their novice/Accepted days. Or maybe I just like to think a woman lover would have better taste in romance novels.

It occurred to me this afternoon that for someone who does not particularly care for Aes Sedai, young Mat has a growing list of Aes Sedai necks he has saved.

High School English teacher using my essay as an example in class and gushing saying she wished she could write like that.

Every time I think of the Foxes I think of that one that was Mat's guide all caressing his leather clothes trying to draw attention to them. So that's how I picture them: feeling themselves up. Creepy little bastards. But I imagine they have similar restriction as Snakes.

Not really. They could cut her limbs off, keep her alive, and still have turned a part of her into food and/or leather.
I wonder if there are restrictions on the wishes: the snakes could only tell you about yourself so do the foxes only grant personal wishes too?

Moiraine is most important. I am still buzzed.
I didn't like how Thom kind of left her hanging (for all of thirty seconds but still) when she offered her hand in marriage. I was like: "Thom! You know you want her, fool!"
