I would like to believe she isn't, but every now and again when I lose my senses I go to Wotmania and people there write paragraphs explaining why "of course she's stilled!" and making me feel like a helpless fanatic for wanting/believing otherwise.

Okay... I'm probably going mad or something, saying what I'm going to say, but it struck me: suppose (worst case scenario) she is stilled. She marries Thom and lives out her life with him, etc. etc. Would that be such a bad thing?

It wouldn't be such a bad thing, really. I mean - story wise. But, if she was stilled and knew that Siuan and the others have been healed I don't see why she would want to remain that way. It's doubtful Thom would want her to remain stilled either. He doesn't like Aes Sedai, but if he wants to spend his life with her he can't want her to go on suffering. It wouldn't take away the fact that she was Aes Sedai before.

 

If she were burnt out... did they say if that was the same thing as stilling? I remember some weird discussion on wotmania saying that it was. But, I thought that with being burnt out you couldn't sense the OP at all, as opposed to just having the connection cut but still being able to feel it as in being stilled.

 

Anyway, if she were burnt out and couldn't be healed they could live out their lives. It wouldn't be so terrible because Mo's tough like that.
