*agees* I have a scar on my chin from when it got sliced open when I was six, and a long one down my upper arm from when I fell off my bike into a thornbush.

 

I mean um....these scars were brutal wounds from vicious shadowspawn, certainly not childhood clumsiness.

 

Back on thread topic: I don't think Lan has cooked wolves, but I'm sure they've had to boil down roots or boots when they were desperate in the Blight or something.

I bet they did have to boil down boots. I didn't even think of that! There's nothing to eat in the Blight, and if they were stuck there longer than they wanted, which I could see happening, it would be better than licking each other's blood! Bleh! What else could they eat for nutrition other than those two things?

I have lots of scars. Only they are on my legs and they don't look good.

 

Theres lots of tasty roots you can eat in the blight, the green man for example.

But all the tasty stuff is all right where the Green Man is, and they only went there once before EotW.

 

They could try boiling the boot with different other fabrics to give it more of a stew taste.
