I think Meeting Min would count as quite important, Elaida helping her out for the test would count as important I suppose...apart from that I'm not quite sure

Both meetings at the Eye of the World, though we can't say when it happened the first time.

Discovering Sammael

 

Meeting the Aiel

 

Finding out about her fate in Rhuidean

 

Those are some of the most important events for the timeline, because they were points of major Pattern shifting etc.
