I like her in that show though I haven't seen it lately. She's tough, she'd make a good Siuan or Birgitte even.

 

Summer Glau from it is also awesome. She could be in wot too, as long as she got to do something physical.

Lan- Eric Bana (Troy: Directors cut made me think of it. That and he's in some up and coming movie with Rachel McAdams, whom I've always seen as Nynaeve)

Eric Bana could be quite a good Lan, I remember being really impressed with him in Troy

 

Unfortunetly Josh Duhamel is way too old to play Rand, since when the series starts Rand is around eighteen.
