Elaida isn't in the first issue, but judging by how the rest of them are drawn she's likely to be very lovely.

 

The first issue has just the first part about Lan mostly, and then the scene in the book where Siuan and Mo are in attendance to the Amyrlin Seat and Gitara. That last part is only four pages as much of it was cut out.

I guess that they could only do a certain number of pages, or maybe they felt that the rest of the scene would not be important for the main flow of the story. Basically the parts about Mo going out to check on the Novice, and then getting the tea were cut out.

I GOT MY COMIC TODAY!!!

 

I haven't read it yet, seeing as how it's mostly Lan....but I did start at the back to check out Siuan and Moiraine. They are hardling in there! I can't wait for the 2nd one.....*grunts*
